Consent to the processing of personal data.

I give permission for the purposes of concluding and executing a sales contract to process – collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (including entrust processing to third parties), anonymize, block, delete, destroy – my personal data: surname, first name, home and mobile phone numbers, email address. Consent may be revoked by me at any time by sending written notice.

Personal Data Processing Policy.

  • 1. General Provisions
    • 1.1. The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is aimed at protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals whose personal data is processed by the Operator.
    • 1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law).
    • 1.3. The Policy contains information that must be disclosed in accordance with part 1 of Article 14 of the Personal Data Law and is a publicly accessible document.
  • 2. Information on the processing of personal data
    • 2.1. The Operator processes personal data on a lawful and fair basis to fulfill the functions, powers, and obligations imposed by law, to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, its employees, and third parties.
    • 2.2. The Operator obtains personal data directly from the subjects of personal data.
    • 2.3. The Operator processes personal data both in an automated and non-automated manner, using computer equipment and without using such means.
    • 2.4. Personal data processing actions include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
  • 3. Processing of customer personal data
    • 3.1. The Operator processes customer personal data within the framework of legal relations with the Operator, regulated by part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation dated January 26, 1996, No. 14-FZ (hereinafter referred to as customers).
    • 3.2. The Operator processes customer personal data to comply with the norms of Russian legislation and to:
      • — inform about new products, special promotions, and offers;
      • — conclude and execute the terms of the contract.
    • 3.3. The Operator processes customer personal data with their consent, provided by customers and/or their legal representatives through conclusive actions on this website, including but not limited to placing an order, registering in the personal account, subscribing to newsletters, in accordance with this Policy.
    • 3.4. The Operator processes customer personal data no longer than is required for the purposes of data processing unless otherwise specified by the requirements of Russian legislation.
    • 3.5. The Operator processes the following customer personal data:
      • — Surname, first name, patronymic;
      • — Date of birth;
      • — Address;
      • — Contact phone number;
      • — Email address.
      • — Passport details and other identification documents.
  • 4. Rights of personal data subjects
    • 4.1. A personal data subject has the right:
      • — to receive personal data relating to the subject and information concerning its processing;
      • — to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared purpose of processing;
      • — to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
    • 4.2. To exercise their rights and legitimate interests, personal data subjects have the right to contact the Operator or submit a request personally or through a representative. The request must contain the information specified in part 3 of Article 14 of the Personal Data Law.

Return Conditions

If for any reason you decide to return the purchased product, you can do so in accordance with the Russian Federation Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.

Return of products of proper quality.

  1. The return of products of proper quality is possible if the product retains its commercial appearance, consumer properties, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase.
  2. The customer has no right to refuse a product that has individually defined characteristics if the product can only be used by the customer who purchased it.
  3. If the customer refuses a product of proper quality, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, excluding the seller’s delivery costs, within 10 days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding claim.

Return of defective products

A defective product is a product that cannot perform its functional qualities due to significant defects (with defects or flaws). The buyer, who was sold a defective product, if this was not agreed upon with the seller, has the right, by agreement with the seller, to choose one of the following options:
  • replacement with a product of the same brand (model, article) or with the same product of another brand (model, article) with an appropriate price recalculation;
  • a proportional price reduction;
  • free elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
  • the right to terminate the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the product.
